NHS Tennis Fans,

The NHS Basketball program has set the bar high, and we’ll be looking to make it a Blue Devil quadruple as we march through the state playoffs. Dates and matchups are set for the 1st Round and both our Boys and Girls teams will be hosting in the opening round.

First, our Girls will take on Milton on Tuesday followed by our Boys facing off against Cherokee on Wednesday. Matches start at 4pm.

Come cheer us on as we secure our spots in the Sweet Sixteen!

Our local Chick-fil-A has helped us out this season and are asking us to spread the word. They are hiring in Peachtree Corners and Rivermont Station locations. Here is a message from the Marketing Department below:

“As you may know, we also operate that Rivermont Station store that is re-opening soon. Because of this we are hiring for both locations. Here is our Hiring Poster. We hire at 16 years of age. We offer flexible scheduling, on the job training, and yearly scholarship opportunities. We have students that work as little as 1-2 days a week. "

We have had quite a few rainouts lately and thus quite a few changes to our schedule here at the end of the season. Here is a look at our matchups for the next two weeks heading into Spring Break…

Monday, March 21 – JV AWAY @ Mill Creek
Tuesday, March 22 – Varsity HOME vs. Mountain View
Wednesday, March 23 – JV HOME vs. Decatur + Varsity AWAY @ Greater Atlanta Christian

Tuesday, March 29 – Varsity Region Semifinals @ Hudlow Tennis Center
Wednesday, March 30 – JV AWAY @ Peachtree Ridge

We will be celebrating our Seniors after tomorrow night’s home match against Archer.

All NHS Tennis players, both Varsity and JV, should plan to attend as we hope to continue the tradition of having our entire program honor our Seniors for their final regular season home match. We anticipate our matches to finish around 6pm, and the festivities will follow soon thereafter.

Today’s JV match has to be rescheduled due to wet conditions.

JV teams will still meet after school at the courts for a practice session.
