Food for Away Matches

After getting feedback from players and parents, we would like to organize pre-game meals for Away games this season. We need 1 volunteer from each team to be the food coordinator.

Food coordinator responsibilities:
*Create a sign-up that lists all away games for your team and send to the team (Sign-up genius is very helpful)
*Ask each family to sign-up for 1 match each (to start)
*Ask about allergies
*Get the cell number of your coach (they will contact you in case of cancellations & you will contact the person signed up that day)
*Add/remove/change matches as needed over the season

Everything must be individually wrapped. You’ll want to provide a main dish (CFA, sub sandwich, etc), sides (chips, fruit, dessert, etc) and a cooler of bottled water. Items prepared at home (brownies, grapes, etc), should be individually bagged before dropping off at school. Think easy to eat on a bus. Meals should be dropped off at the main desk at NHS before 2pm on match day to avoid all the buses. You’ll provide 1 meal for each athlete plus 1 for the coach.

We have volunteers to cover the varsity matches on Wednesday, January 27th already.
